$150 / HOUR

• 10% discount for booking over 6 hours

• 2 hour minimum

• Photography & videography services are available to The Studio clients for additional fees

• $150/hour overtime fee

• $100 cleaning fee for booking 6+ hours

Event Space Rental

$275 / HOUR

• 3 hour minimum

• Event booking includes space for one hour set up & half hour breakdown

• $275/hour overtime fee

• Event planning, styling and services are available to The Studio clients for additional fees

• Full payment due upon booking

• $100 cleaning fee for bookings 6+ hours
